LifeTrec is a comprehensive program to help leaders implement active mentoring and improve communication with their employees. The organization receives leadership and interpersonal communication training along with the LifeTrec app to help define themselves, set goals and plan for the future. Users can then share select information about themselves through the app with their leadership, external mentors, family and friends. Organizational leaders are then encouraged to sit down with their employees and use the shared information to get to know each other, set goals and plan for the future.
